Yes please, we would like to register as a member of BedBank and acknowledge that the stated booking fees will be charged to us by GlobalBedBank Limited. We agree to pay such charges within 30 days of invoice. We can withdraw from BedBank at any time by giving 30 days notice by email, fax or letter.

Booking fees are charged by GlobalBedBank Limited in FJ$, NZ$, AU$ or your local currency, according to the following formula:

Under $100 $1.00 1% at $100.00

$100 – 150.00 $1.50 1% - 1.5%

$151 – 200.00 $2.00 1% - 1.4%

$201 – 300.00 $3.00 1% - 1.5%

$301 – 400.00 $4.00 1% - 1.3%

$401 – 500.00 $5.00 1.1% - 1.2%

$500 and above $*** 1.25%

* per confirmed room night

Set-up Fee

There is a one-off setup fee to the hotel when joining the BedBank system which provides for the following;

Ø The hotel’s Status Page on FijiBedBank.com

Ø Customised BedBank Update Spreadsheet Software

Ø Unlimited passwords with 2 levels of access (the second level is able to access reports)

Ø Direct Status Entry Facility on FijiBedBank.com

Ø Allotment Facility Setup

Ø Request Facility Setup

Ø Sales Detail and Summary reports.

The setup fee is $175.00 VEP.

We understand that there are no other charges:

Username and Password
You can have as many usernames and passwords as you wish. Should you need more, please send us an email. Note there are 2 levels of password:

Level One - Allows access to your status only.

Level Two – Allows access to status and sales reports for your resort.

Please nominate your username/s. Password/s will be allocated by BedBank. You may provide the usernames and passwords to any number of terminals, or for network access at any one location. This is entirely at your discretion.

BEDBANK STATUS PAGE SETUP DETAILS

To set up your Status Pages, BedBank requires the following information:

NOTES:

1. Please specify the choice of Bed Configurations that can be setup for each of your Room Categories so that it can be linked with your room categories on BedBank.

2. Your Rack Rate is required to calculate the proposed Booking Fee that will be levied by BedBank on confirmed bookings. Please specify the currency used to charge your rates on.

Additional Comments:

Thank you for your registration to become a member of the BedBank accommodation status and booking service. Please send your completed registration form to GlobalBedBank Limited either via direct submission online, via email to info@pacificbedbank.com or via facsimile to +679 672 4334.

Upon receipt of your registration, BedBank will send you an Agreement Form for your completion. Please allow up to 48 hours for BedBank to process your registration.
